Exhibiting at the Choctaw Cultural Center Art Market, and new jewelry release

The Choctaw Cultural Center is a home for our people, and this past September we exhibited in the art market hosted in the grand foyer. Markets like this are a chance for us to meet people like you and share how you can become a collector of authentic First American art.

At this market, we exhibited Lynda Kay’s newest creation—stretch bracelets. Those are now available for you to purchase online…just in time for holiday shopping! Like her necklaces, each piece tells a story of our shared history.

Other special times included seeing old friends, a visit from Lynda Kay’s grandson, Colton, and the moment Lynda Kay signed her first book…

She authored a historical fiction for the new anthology, Stories by Choctaw Women, published by the Choctaw Cultural Center. Sarah also had a story in the collection, along with our cousin, Stacy Wells. It was her first book signing, too. (Thank you to our cousins Carolyn and Barbara for the photos.)

Note the earrings Lynda Kay wears…a sneak peek at her next jewelry release!
